Housing & Transportation
Fellows reside in safe, affordable, supportive, fully-furnished housing while completing their workforce readiness training and working at least part-time. Additionally, Fellows can apply for access to affordable transportation.
Coaching & Skill Building
Through individualized, self-sufficiency coaching, case management, and workforce readiness training Fellows build the career and life skills necessary for a meaningful career and financial independence.
Intentional Community
Fellows build relationships with other community members through events, trainings, and workshops. Additionally, Fellows build a mentor relationship with the Fellow and Housing Advisor as they work together to set and achieve goals as well as overcome obstacles when they arise.
